HAM it Up this summer!
This Summer, earn a chance to win a free HAM Radio when you earn the Radio Honor.
To promote the safety in Your Pathfinder Club and at Conference Events, our team is putting together a chance for your staff and Pathfinders to:
- Earn the Radio Honor
- Earn a HAM Radio License
- Earn a chance to win one of five new HAM Radios*
*Must be registered to win. (Thanks to an anonymous donor)
Classes:
Chris Evens (Conference Media Coordinator) has been working with the Lincoln Amateur Radio Club to make the "Technician License" classes available this July via Zoom.
- Classes start July 11 and will be Monday evenings from 6:30 – 9:30 Central Time.
- The class is sponsored by the Lincoln Amateur Radio Club and is open to all pathfinders and the community.

Testing
- Following classes there is a required exam that will be held at our staff training weekend at Broken Arrow Ranch. Testing is being planned during September Leadership Training weekend.
Prices:
- Age 18 & Down:
- $5 Testing Fee
- $35 Filing Fee (a $15 Refund is available from ARRL for this age group)
- Age 19 & Up:
- $15 Testing Fee
- $35 Filing Fee
