The cost is $9.61 per person, but  there is a $20 fee for each application request. We recommend you buy the insurance for ALL participants at one time to avoid paying multiple $20 application fees.

The site will prompt you for details. You MUST enter a list of ALL the attendees who will be going to the Camporee in Gillette, WY.  The list can be changed up until about a week before you leave on the trip (there will be an additional $20 application fee with each change).

You will pay for the coverage with your credit card. Your local church treasurer should reimburse you for this expense. You MUST complete the payment process to receive the Short-Term Travel coverage.

Reminders:

• This insurance is SUPPLEMENTAL/SECONDARY – that means that if an accident or injury does happen – the individuals insurance would still be PRIMARY.
• Clubs are expected to have a medical consent form for each Club Member (staff too) with them.
• Coverage is reasonably priced and covers medical, emergency evacuation, accidental death and dismemberment, etc., with no deductible. It’s a purchase your club can’t afford to skip.
